We are talking about will God ever get what He desires. You say NO and quoted that verse about "God making the wicked for the day of evil." Of course God gets His desire in making the wicked for the day of evil but, according to you, He can't get His desire for "to me shall bow every knee" as the verse states is His implicit desire.
