I believe that order is for overall traffic into those stations including commuter rail etc.

The Amtrak only order appears to be:

Penn Station
Union Station
30th St station
Boston South Station
Baltimore Penn Station

Ahh the Oyster Bar. My old stomping grounds as my first job out of school was in the MetLife building which is sandwiched next to GCT. It sure is a NY institution and the architectural acoustics surrounding it are just as cool.

Many a patron have been known to check out the Whispering Gallery right outside of the Oyster Bar...before, during and after a few libations. A fun thing to do.

Grand Central is full of hidden gems.

In 2021, if you think South Station is better than North Station. You are wrong.

Honorable Mention: New Haven Union Station (most US major cities don't have train station of this caliber - very good asset for a city of its size).

Baltimore’s Penn Station redevelopment is supposed to start this summer with upgrades to the existing historic head house and then construction of the modern terminal to the north next year

Glad to see all the NEC Stations getting their deserved love and care

Is there more than this?

The HUB (North Station)

If this is what you’re referring to, these may be apples and oranges. The scale is too small to be compared to what is happening at Union Station. Is there another part?

It's 1.9 million square feet of completed development which is a little less as the one that is still down in the pipeline in DC.

When the DC one is finished in about 5-10 years we will see the magnitude it has on the area. But for now, we cannot speculate since every major project in every major city gets VE'd. Visions are great, but when the shovel hits the ground then only would be fair to compare. IIRC, the development in DC just last month went under a huge revision back to the drawing to remove car-centric, and mediate taffic concerns. Its far from a solid plan. In 2016 before the shovel hit the ground for Hub On Causeway, it was 2.75 million square feet before finally getting trimmed to what it is now. Only about 525 feet tall, but the ground level is impeccable.

I'm pretty sure all the large city stations on the NEC have big plans underway. Here's the one in Philly:
