Has anyone saw or noticed this? I know here in many parts of the south, some of the younger "rednecks" have also intermixed hip hop culture into their own. They'll drive the pick up with camoflauge, trucker hats, confederate flag clothing. etc. as expected, but they might also have on "bling" necklace and earings, the hate may be kicked to the side, sometimes they'll sag their jeans and they blast rap music from their trucks. I just thought this a very interesting and odd blend of cultures. What cities have you saw this most prevalent in?

I immediately thought of Ohio. When I was there in 2012 I heard a lot more rap than I do here on the West Coast, and I've heard country is popular there too.

GA comes to mind due to Bubba Sparks, a rapper who brought that style out about 12-15 years ago.

This. It happens in a few other parts of Maryland too, but it's most prominent in the Baltimore area.
