Albuquerque, for sure. One of my favorite cities/metros out west.

Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA?

I hesitated for a minute because Bakersfield isn't some podunk town in rural California. It has a million people, relatively close to LA, and not far from Vegas or Northern Cali. But ultimately I'll still take ABQ. Even though I have never been, it is intriguing and I think I would enjoy it.

Cleveland v San Diego

Looks like I was too slow. Hmm, this is a tough matchup. I like em both for what they are but I'll take Pittsburgh as it feels like a little more of a startup/tech hub and I have a buddy who lives there that I'd consider doing business with.

Cleveland v San Diego

San Diego for sure. I like the weather and culture.

Give me Reheboth Beach. Being out in the desert with a bunch of old folks living in mobile homes is not my cup of tea.

Fresno, CA or El Paso, TX?

El Paso, TX. Nice culture, not run down or dangerous like Fresno. My great aunt lives there as well.

Des Moines, IA or Grand Rapids, MI?

Grand Rapids, for being in Michigan and for its proximity to Chicago...

Madison, WI vs. Columbus, OH

I feel like I'd prefer Madison. Proximity to Milwaukee and Chicago, and depending on your standards, Minneapolis is within day trip distance. I love its position among the water.

Boise, ID vs. Austin, TX?

Austin. Not a huge fan of either, but Austin is a bit less isolated, greener, more progressive and has some cool public swimming areas. Boy I could not take those summers every year, though.

Columbus, OH or Syracuse, NY?

Columbus... give me the much bigger metro and milder winters.

Duck, NC or Duck Key, FL?
