Dubuque, IA. I like the area, gardens, and MS river.

Johnson City, TN or Danville, VA?

Johnson City. Part of a larger metropolitan area. Columbia SC or Tulsa OK?

Columbia... initially was going to choose Tulsa for its "big city" feel, but I think the greater area may be too conservative for me. The slightly warmer winters give an edge to Columbia as well.

Rochester, MN or Eugene, OR?

Rochester. I prefer its very cold climate over the dreary, wet, cloudy climate of the PNW.

Hickory, NC or Rockford, IL?

Iowa. Not far from Des Moines and within reasonable distance to Kansas City.
Lower crime. Nicer. Much prefer Iowa

Waterville, Maine or Astoria, Oregon?

Waterville. PNW is not desirable to me. Little Rock AR or Columbia SC?

Little Rock is a more intriguing area and not bad for Arkansas.
East of Appalachia, I feel too isolated from the rest of the country.

Warsaw, Missouri or Warsaw, Indiana?

St. Pete. I love the whole Tampa Bay area. St. Pete is a great town. I really don't want to be in the Bay Area.

Philadelphia, PA or Pittsburgh, PA?
