having been to neither i would still say Alabama. my cousins lived in birmingham for a few months and loved it. florida is dead last on my list of states to even visit so....
My turn i guess
lubbock texas or camden, nj?
Lubbock. I greatly prefer TX over anywhere in NJ. NJ is the only state I've ever been to where I've had multiple bad experiences and have encountered the most rude people anywhere I've ever lived or visited.
My wife and I are visiting Charleston this weekend and visited Asheville last month. Two places that I think are great to live AND visit.
Charleston. I prefer coastal areas to mountains for day to day living, and Charleston's vibe is more my speed as opposed to Asheville which is a bit crunchy.
Nashua, New Hampshire or Springfield, Massachusetts?

Nashua, New Hampshire or Springfield, Massachusetts?
Nashua. It's near the coast and I really like NH. It's my favorite New England state.
Richmond Hill. I'm sure Worthington is a great small town, but I couldn't live in Minnesota year round. I much prefer the climate and culture of the South, and coastal Georgia is an incredible area - so close to Savannah too!
Apple Valley, California or Apple Valley, Minnesota?

Apple Valley, California or Apple Valley, Minnesota?
I couldn't live in Minnesota year-round either, so Apple Valley, CA wins by default.
Bala Cynwyd... seems like a much nicer community than Berwyn and I don't have a strong preference between Chicago and Philly themselves.
Bangor, ME or Montpelier, VT?
Montpelier, VT. Both cities are surrounded by beautiful country but Bangor is a bit more isolated. I like being a ways away from large cities but Bangor is a bit further out there than I'd prefer.
Knoxville, TN or Boise, ID
