Burlington, because it's in New England. Never been to Ann Arbor though.

Burlington is in Vermont
I would take El Paso. Texas i way more appealing to me than Alabama

I haven't been to either. Santa Fe looks beautiful, but I love the Pacific Northwest coast. So, I pick Cannon Beach. It looks like a very small town but it's not a long drive to "civilization" (Portland).
