[quote=BLAXTOR121;22836486Atlanta is Oreo, 66% of it is black (one race) and 25% is white with sprinkles for the remaining 8%.[/QUOTE]
And this is relevant to the question at hand exactly how?

Dude, I'm Black and clearly know when someone is being patronizing. Again, a new hobby is in order. Your obsession with Black people in Atlanta is the subject that's truly worth noting here. If we're "all one people," then bringing up the skin color of a segment of the population here (that's not even the majority in the metro) at every single turn should be completely irrelevant.
The capital of the South would have to be Houston due to their powerful stature in energy and business world. But Atlanta is definitely the capital of Black America, kudos to Atlanta.
The capital of a place is not necessarily the most powerful or influential of it's region. For instance, Houston isn't even the capital of Texas.
Culturally and historically Atlanta is definitely what would be considered the capital of the south. Has nothing to do with any other factors.
Houston is the capital of the south and only city in the south even worth liking.
Miami's economy is weak and paltry, more on the level of smaller irrelevant places like Seattle or Denver. Atlanta is Oreo, 66% of it is black (one race) and 25% is white with sprinkles for the remaining 8%. Dallas neighbors that "hick" cultured city of Fort Worth and Dallas is surrounded by nothing more than cow inhabited prairies on all 4 sides. Lastly there's D.C. which slightly more diverse than Atlanta but at the same time is nothing more than a welfare state. When I think D.C. I think of beggars holding a can for money, just with suits on. Our tax dollars feed D.C. area families, it's not a city in any sense
So if DC, Fort Worth and Atlanta aren't diverse, considering they're among the most diverse MSA's in this country, what your option on
Seattle
Portland
Minneapolis
Boston
Baltimore
Philly
Denver
Buffalo
Birmingham
Pittsburgh
Kansas
Cincinnati
Cleveland
Columbus
Hampton Roads
Indianapolis
Memphis
Louisville
Richmond
Nashville
Raleigh
Salt Lake City
Rochester
Hartford
Providence
Milwaukee
San Antonio
New Orleans
and etc generally most American metro areas.
Pittsburgh MSA is 89.8% white, 7.9% Black, 0.7% latino but I never seem anyone jump on Pittsburgh but some how Atlanta is a Oreo? umm OK.
Have been to Ft Worth?........ Of course not. Just like no has a jobs in DC because everyone is on welfare there. Again umm OK.
"smaller irrelevant places like Seattle or Denver" I notice new things every time I look. cool
The first is more objective, looking at things like GDP, F500 companies, etc. The second? Not so much as a few other cities could make similar claims (most notably DC).
Not at all. It's much easier to come up with a list of objective criteria when it comes to identifying an economic capital, and it will be limited to a handful of things: GDP, Fortune 500 companies, per capital income, unemployment rate, etc. But to come up with a list of things relative to status as "capital of Black America" is much, much more subjective involving several different factors. It is NOT the same thing.
