I don't know whether its the prettiest, and it is kind of small, but the one here in Massachusetts looks nice.

Texas, without question.

LARGER and prettier than DC capitol because the material is a prettier color (sandstone or something?).

I agree with the above, Texas and Iowa stand out, and Wisconsins looks just like the one in Washington DC.

This, along with the too-mild weather, is why I could never live in Texas.
Not everything, if anything really, is better there.
