Most Annoying: Robert Deniero, Andrew Dice Clay, etc. and especially all those "wise guys" that are portrayed in the movies with stupid names like Tommy Two Toes or Ned Numnuts. If baboons could talk, I've always imagine they'd sound a lot like that. "You tawkinda-me? No I'm tawkin tuhdah banana canoli. FuggenAY. OOH OOH AAH AAH! Cement shoes!"
1st Runner Up: Anywhere they make that awful nasally annoying WAAAAH (like an angry baby) sound. Like instead of let's go to the Star Mart and then to the park, it's let's go to the Staaaaaah Maaaaht and then to the paaaahk. Yuck! Voice lessons, people. Doe rae me FAAAH so LAAAAH tee doe!
2nd Runner Up: That "you betcha golly gee they gotcha good that time right there but I'm gonna getcha good next time" stuff that comes out of Sarah Palin's mouth just about every time I hear her speak is almost AS annoying. Now we know for sure- Gomer's family moved to Alaska. And the eskimos were looking like WTH?

I am surprised Hawaii hasn't been talked about that much. I don't think the Pidgin accent is ugly or anything just really unique. Whenever I am in Hawaii I find myself getting lazy and slipping into Pegion " hey you going to da beach brada?
All accents to me are interesting and not weird or ugly
