Great development for the city! I don't like the 10 year lease at Guy Smith, but the reality is construction costs are out of this world right now. . I have a feeling that the city will really embrace a team and CBC and the city will realize they need a new stadium in a couple of years.

It's good to get a team in now to build interest

Agreed. Get it here and lets support it so well it demands a stadium upgrade!

Has there been any information on Grover's proposed HQ along Charles Blvd? I thought I saw that the parcel was back on the market a couple weeks ago....

Possible update: Someone on the ECU247 site mentioned that Grover is taking over the old Pepsi bottling plant once Minges moves into the new facility.
