Hey You Guys!

Saw the first house decorated in my 'hood already this year. Yes, it's the "Las Vegas" house off Chapel Hills and Deergrass Place. Simply a craptacular display to rival the legendary "Griswalds" as portrayed by Chevy Chase.

From Briargate Parkway, the location is about 1.5 miles to the north, and on the right.

Looking for info on the parade. How early should we come to get a good view. Where can we get a good view. Parking Suggestions, etc.

Pix of homes that are highly decorated may be seen on-line in one of our local papers. The link is:

Is there a list of the best decorated houses anywhere? I recall there being one last year, but I haven't found one this year. Or does anyone know of any houses worth checking out?

Mogon, this house is back this year with their massive display, but I believe they shut it down NLT 10PM.

Here's the list of events.

I realize this thread is 4 years old but I am bumping it up. The Christmas Light House off Deergrass Pl is up and running for 2013/2014 Christmas/Holiday Season. Really cool. Just went and saw it tonight. So awesome. Just put me in a good mood.

Charlie.

I have noticed lights going up earlier this year too. There is a great house in our neighborhood that usually goes up at Thanksgiving but when we walked the dogs by their house Friday we they were already putting everything up. I usually do mine the first weekend of December.
