More good news for the Steel city!

"Pueblo will be the new home for the National Major Gang Task Force, beginning Feb. 1. The task force's executive board will meet here regularly. Vigil said the task force is hoping to host its national conference here in 2010."

Pueblo Cop Kills Sex-Assalt Suspect

Yay! All's well that ends well. I'd like to head up that investigation and say case closed and good job. What a scum bag.

Looks like a clear case of suicide by cop to me.

I never condone violence regardless if we think the person "deserved" it or not...

Well when it comes to violent and convicted sex-offenders, I like to go Old Testament Medival... EYE FOR AN EYE! Dead! One less sex-offender! Death by suicide by cop. There was no violence there on the cop's part as far as I'm concerned. This is a happy night in Pueblo Colorado USA.

Good Job Pueblo Police Dept, Colorado State Troopers, and the 10 Judicial Department!

Went through Pueblo a few days ago and saw something in the Pueblo Chieftan that was, um, I'll just say unfortunate, involving graffiti. A lot of city and residential property got marked up in Pueblo West Thursday, according to the story. Also the gang taggers marked up a sheriffs car. Damage was estimated at well over $20,000. There are suspects involved here, one being a 12 year old kid.

Up date on the police complex.

The crane building the Parkview Medical Center Tower. You can see that today its a typical hazy summer day in Pueblo but with some clouds. The temp. is around 100!

Here is what is going on at the state fair grounds for the rest of the summer. I am so exited for the state fair and will be talking about that more as it gets closer. Once it starts I will began a 11 day look at the fair and talk about its history, economic impact and future as well as look at all the great historical buildings located in the grounds as this is truly a Pueblo gem.

Up to date police complex but a union busting sheriff who denies his officers right to bargain. No thanks
