The Trundle sequel is planned for 1237 Gadsden St.

Garvin is the architectural firm being used by the developer for the Shepherd Hotel in the old fire station. I’m assuming this is the same Shepherd that opened a hotel in Clemson recently and I believe that was designed by Garvin as well.

That is in addition to the boutique hotel proposed at on Assembly St. and the Moxy under construction on Main and Gervais. Also there is a more mainstream 7 story Hilton Tru/Homewood Suites dual brand on Huger and the Hyatt Centric and Hyatt House off of Gervis behind Old Chicago.
