iF Art Gallery on Lincoln Street in the Vista is expanding into the former Lewis & Clark space next door. The owner is very highly respected and appreciated in the South Carolina arts community. He's dedicated.
The Vista Subway went under/ leaving high profile vacancy (seriously big space)
As a result of the Visa Subaway on Gervais going under there's a high profile vacancy (it was a very large space for a subway available). Le Peep next door which replaced Mezza is opening very soon, saw employees in it today probably being trained.

DRIP looking to supersize their 5pts location. Zoning sign in the window of soon to shutter Bungalow right next door for a hearing to rezone the retail spot to allow for a restaurant expansion. The added space would give Drip ballpark 40 more spots to sit. Personally I think the smarter move for the burgeoning Drip empire would be to open up a third shop in either Forest Acres OR where Peace Love and Rocky Roast used to be on Gervais.

Good point, but it's less expensive to add more seating where they are than to open a 3rd location.
The mast arms are going up on Assembly street and the power lines are coming down
