High of 97 today (It's the first week of April, for cryin' out loud!), high of 64 Friday (this is all according to weatherchannel.com). That should fare well for everyones sinuses...

At least with a storm moving in Thursday evening we'll get some of this pollen under control.

My poor cat, who got outside and has been all week until I get a chance to wash him, is completely (completely!) yellow. He's normally black.

It IS nasty. Even the roof of my house is yellow. You know it's bad when you can see little yellow footprints being tracked into the house!! Hosing things down doesn't seem to help; like the pollen is even more attracted to water!!

We went out of town for the holiday weekend, and when we got back Sunday it looked like someone had crop dusted the city. The sky seems hazy and yellow, too. I'm ready for some April showers.

I must be used to it because I think it's been beautiful and I used to hate the heat. I am ready for the pollen to go, though.

I guess that depends on where you were pulling the data from. Here at the museum it was 95 at 1'ish. I don't know if it got any warmer between then and 2.

For as warm as it is, though, it's not too bad. I'm a heat-hater, too, and haven't noticed a real problem.

we were on the lake this weekend, and noticed every little breeze caused a yellow mist to hover in the air... like something out of a Stephen King novel.
Only our second spring down here, didn't think last year was that bad for pollen, but this seems wayyyyy outta line!
