Would the roof of the Raymond Rowe Building be a good place for a river-view open air lounge/pub similar to the neat one on top of the Indigo Hotel? Just a thought.

Yeah, if only developers can come in and redevelop it into the proposed mixed used but only taller, like 10 stories at least. That’ll be a good view of the river definitely!

I would think making RR that tall would present lots of opportunities for condos, apartments, offices, shops, restaurants and yes, a great roof-top restaurant/lounge! The location is ideal!!

That’s just too much space sitting there unoccupied even with the small number of cars that park there.

Would this Wells Fargo building do well as a walk up/drive-thru pharmacy? Or maybe a second Clearview BBQ location? Or an UpTown Cook's Hotdogs location?

The pharmacy definitely! Yes, the Publix below the office building will have a pharmacy, but if developers can transform that Wells Fargo building and parking lot into something useful, I can see a CVS Pharmacy occupying the existing building but renovated of course. That all red logo will look good on that brick building for sure lol!!
