I wish I was as optimistic about that as you guys lol I can’t really envision it based on the building layout and what’s there currently…I think the storefronts associated with Riverfront Place will likely be the full extent of retail on front although downtown will continue grow as a whole.

I would love to see more store fronts on 1st and 2nd ave. Have to continue to build away from Broadway.

It’s definitely possible. You can see in this map screenshot how retail store fronts could work just along those sections highlighted in black.

I've seen homes turn into towers
