I just got a new Dell laptop with Windows 8. It seems to have Skype on it pre-installed. But it demands a Microsoft account (which I don't have and don't want to create) to access Skype. I tried going to the Skype website online but it won't allow to download another version of the application. Is there any way to access Windows 8 version of Skype with just a Skype user name?
