Likely. Microsoft have deliberately dropped support for Windows 7, while also withholding its source code to exclude other entities from extending support.

The most common one is uBlock Origin, among others. It is gratis free and should be available as an extension within the major browsers.
For example, if one blocks everything like I say, pages will be very clean and distraction free for reading. But sometimes the way a site is formatted may be difficult to use without something like style sheets being enabled.

Clean and readable, but maybe you prefer some basic theming to clean things up a bit. You can enable just style sheets (CSS) while still denying all of the other unwanted things that the site tries to load.
