I don't know about that. The towns will adjust their mill rate according to the grand list and the budget. Unless the budgets drastically change, the taxes should stay similar - despite assessment/phase-in differences.
I bet you will see mill rates change all over the state quite a bit in many towns due to the recent required revaluation.
