The actually have the entire tri state area on a freeze warning now, even NYC! Wow......

As for traces of snow, BDR had one May trace, on May 9, 1977. Boston actually had 0.5 inches that day. Even Central Park had a trace that day.

Yeah pretty impressive this air mass is. I've been watching temps plummet 30 degrees "during the day" into the 30s points west of us.

Here's some discussion tidbits from NWS Albany, Taunton & Upton regarding the wintry side this evening/tonight. Upton says if it transitions sooner some spots can see 2-3"

BDL and Hartford at 61 degrees at the moment.

Just read the details. Its for southern portions of the counties. I wonder why. Did the rest of CT not start the growing season?

Wow to the temp drop. Go outside and feel it. Got my stove lit.

Windsor Locks,CT 5:51pm was 61℉ dropped to 38℉ at 9:29pm.
NYC 4:51pm was 63℉ dropped to 40℉ at 9:11pm

It look like there will be heavy snow brust for short time....It snowing for a good 4 hours. I would'nt be surpise if some spots get between 1-2 inches...

Cold Front is sitting near CT 0_0

Growing season has started IMHO my berry plants and trees have leaves...the perennials are sprouting up. The idea of snow is ridiculous...if i wake up and see any it's gonna be a bad day for sure lol.
