Better than 80s but it seems like there hasn't been consistent sun lately since May 1st.

Who's ready????? My dog gave me the heads up again. LOL She's finally shedding her thicker coat.

Upper Level low hanging around Nova Scotia is moving out.
Piece of energy digging into the west.
Polar Jet Stream retreating north (It refuses to do so this year)

= Ridge building in East. Widespread 90s possible.

ugh. As soon as it starts to get nasty and humid, of course my dehumidifier stops working. I really don't want to be spending over a grand on a new one. Dang you dehumidifier and Connecticut summers!

It's 1pm and it's 63° & Cloudy June 11th.. Winds gusting to 15mph right off the water making it feel chilly. If the leaves had color on them this could pass for late October.

My neighbor just came over with his daughters dog and he had a Fall Jacket on. LOL Slow & Steady. So far so good. Not many 90s this year with this pattern. Lots of 80s coming though.

Yes, yes, yes!

As much as I'm enjoying the cool weather (this is definitely my type of cold, not the abuse we had during the winter months), I'm ready for summer heat! Let the tropical period begin!

Connecticut would had been paradise if our winters were like today and our summers as they usually are.

Max temps as of 5:15pm today. You can tell where most of the clouds were. Max of 67° here. Normal is mid 70s. 67 is the Normal Max for Mid May or Early October. Some reason it felt like October more than May.
Maybe the mind gusts off the waters helped.

Chilly morning here at 58° but BDR only has 1 below normal low this month.

Current temps with winds off the water.

Monday-Thursday supposed to be the very warm days coming up. I have no idea why they are showing Sat-Sun. Wednesday-Thursday is the day for the 90°+ chance. Unless something changed I missed or this is old which I doubt.

It's going to get 101 and humid, thousands will pass out from heat stroke. Be careful what you wish for. Be very careful what you wish for. It can and has been 100 degrees with Dewpoints near 80 for 6 weeks straight in the summer of 1983.

Without air conditioning or watch your electric bill skyrocket or sweat at night water dripping out your glands
