Thanks for piecing that together. It's especially helpful since we have 3 nws office's for one state

No problem, Its nice they have somewhat similar color tables, makes it blend in nicely. but I noticed Upton has purple as 8-10 while Boston has it pink.

Working on start time and some soundings now.

Looks like the heaviest totals will come as most of you are sleeping.

Latest NAM 6hr snow total from 1am to 7am Friday. Heavy snow rates in many areas!

Looks like Friday is a non commute day (at least until Lunch). Wondering if this means Thursday is not bad now.

Funny that most of the storms this year have sped up and got here sooner, this one seems to have slowed down from couple days ago.

I think the NAM is a bit too wet. Precip dots for Bridgeport, CT. 0.94" of all snow. at 12:1 ratios = 10-12" of snow. Too much for BDR I think. But who knows. It has 1.22" liquid for BDL.

Near Blizzard conditions are likely mostly closer to the coast.

Look at the downsloping northeast winds off the berkshires causing a "snow hole" near the hudson valley region just west of the berkshires. The models seem to be all over the place. Boston nws calling for 14 inches on the cape, while this model shows about 4.

That's a 6hr total, not storm total.

Cam, any idea what tomorrow is gonna look like for people that work a typical 9-5 job? Should we be worried about the commute?
