Got it.

I do like it, and so other software out there. But quite a lot of software we use in a daily basis is personal. For example, browsers, some of the MS Office programs, etc. Some of these programs give you an option to be "interactive" online, so at least one has the option to decline, but browsers leave one's footprint all over the Internet. In fact, if you look at this forums you will notice city and State forums, religion forums, politics, etc. Every one of the responses we post is immediately disseminated on the Internet. The right person (s) can easily create a personal profile relating to an individual, just by analyzing the data relating to the specific individual in these forums. They can tell if I use an iPod or not, what music I like, political views, religious views, etc. There is no privacy anymore. It can be kind of scary, too.

the Ipod touch and the Iphone are the only ones right now with wifi enabled. The classic, nano, and shuffle do not have that option. The ipod touch is also extremly expensive for the capacity they have. 32gb being 499.99 the 16gb 399.99 whereas the 80gb ipod classic is 329.99

There is an 80GB Ipod for $249.00, too. Maybe a Nano?

The iPod 4GB Nano costs $149.00, the 8GB nano costs $199.00, and the 80GB iPod costs $249.00. However, the Nano does not have a regular hard drive. The new hard drives are solid state.

which is the reason why the ipod touch is expensive as all heck, since solid state memory in the capacity they have, and the new tech. drives up the prices. I will just wait until the 32gb ipod touch comes down i price, then give my 80gb classic to my wife lol.

For iPod deals, it's hard to beat the refurbished models that are available from time to time at the Apple Store.
