The Minnesota GOP has thinks it's gotten to the root of the problem - there's a 'negro problem' and the DFL (Minnesota shorthand for the state Democratic Party) created it.

In related news, the GOP still can't figure out why minorities won't vote for them.

LOL talk about a lack of tact. With a tweet like that we can generally assume a loose cannon was controlling the twitter handle.
