If an ESPN talk host speculates that Disney parks "could" be closed until 2021, it isn't a big deal. It's idle chat. When a financial analyst, paid to advise his company and other investors on stocks, based his expertise, it is a huge fail and hedging words aren't allowed.

“The petition is not likely to have much effect one way or the other,” said Don Munsil, co-owner of travel website MouseSavers.com. “Disney regularly uses extensive market research to see how people feel about any planned action, so they’re more likely to check people’s feelings about reopening that way.”

Munsil added that Disney sent him and other regular Disney guests a survey about their plans and feelings about returning to the parks.

Additionally, Disney is more likely to respond to health data as it gauges its reopening. “The thing that would cause Disney to pause the reopening is if the number of new cases escalates dramatically in the next few week,” said Len Testa, president of travel website Touring Plans.
LOL, they sent a bunch of surveys to Disney fanboys to ask if they should reopen or not and the response was positive. Who would think? The second part says it all though. There is already a dramatic escalation of cases, and government leaders acknowledging that cases will go even higher with the reopening. I still don't see Disneyland reopening next month. But even if they do, they will just shut down again, when the first cast member tests positive.

Sorry to hear your predictions fail once again. There will be no further lockdowns. Theme parks, schools, and businesses are re-opening are already opened because we are a capitalistic society and the only way our economy and this nation continue to work is by people working and spending money. All of these end of the world predictions I have read since February have failed to materialize.

Why? Becase you say so? Of course there will be further lockdowns. The hospitals will not be allowed to overflow. That has already been made clear. The re-opening here in Oregon has already been paused, because of our skyrocketing cases. We are likely to be the first state to shut down a second time.

By next month Florida and California are going to look like what New York did two months ago. Disney is not going to be operating in these conditions.

Citing increases in new cases of COVID-19, hospitalizations and positive infection rates across the state, Gov. Kate Brown on Thursday put a seven-day hold on reopening the economy, leaving the state’s largest county stuck in neutral and several others with their applications to enter Phase 2 on hold.

“This is essentially a statewide yellow light,“ Brown said during a news conference Friday morning. "This one-week pause will give our public health experts time to assess what factors are driving the spread of the virus and determine if we need to adjust our approach to reopening.”

LOLOL...you have been predicting overwhelmed hospitals since March and it has not happened. If I had a nickel for every time I have heard some “expert” say that Florida will be the next New York, I wouldn’t have to work. Fact of the matter is NO hospital in the United States came close to exceeding capacity. NO field hospitals were used. US Naval Ships dispatched were never used. The doom and gloom predictions were false and will continue to be false. The fatality rate of this illness while still concerning is not nearly as bad as initially thought. You continue to look like a fool predicting all the worst case scenarios. You lack critical thinking skills clearly.

You must have an incredibly short memory. Many hospitals in New York were running at capacity. The only reason they didn't exceed capacity was because of the shut down. Which is the only way Florida hospitals will not overflow.

Second, US Naval Ships were used, and did receive patients in both LA and NY. Please do some research before you post, and sharpen up YOUR critical thinking skills, okay?

It’s so easy to get under your skin. Your dooms day narrative and agenda are false. There has not been a surge on hospitals. The US Naval ships saw such low numbers of patients that they were allowed to accept Covid patients but even then, still did not need to be docked and packed up and left...just like countless multi-million dollar field hospitals constructed across the US that were never used.

You have never provided any evidence that lockdowns flattened the curve. Provide some evidence if you have it. Your username checks out for all your posts of Armageddon. You likely are just a troll.

How about hospitalizations? Deaths?
