They were beautiful girls. I won't be surprised if it turns out to be some Incel who was pissed off because they wouldn't be the girlfriend that was his by right.
So far, no real news about what happened.
That's most likely what happened. It was probably someone who hit on one of the girls in the bar they were at earlier. The police said the attack was targeted. I take that to mean one of the victims sustained more stabs than the other three.

Weird. There were other "people" (not person) in the home during the attacks. Police weren't called until noon the next day, about an "unresponsive" person.
Amazing that so much security camera footage is available and so much is being released. They must really want to get the real story out there on what actually happened. All these releases certainly help with transparency too.

It's not the police who put it out. I saw a sister of one of the victims interviewed on Chris Cuomo last night. The families are fighting for transparency that is not coming. They are very unhappy with lack of communication from the police, and they think poor handling of the case so far (this is a small town, most likely not well versed in handling such a case.
The police won't even tell why they first said there was no threat to the community, and then rescinded that.
Has anyone seen pictures of the two surviving roommates? I assumed they were women, but I don't know if that's came out.
They had their faces blurred out in a photo showed on the news today, but they appeared to be female. It also came out that they were in found in bed, which would explain why there wasn't screaming. The perp possibly went from room to room, covered their mouths and stabbed each one at a time.
The coroner was interviewed on Banfield last night. She didn't give too much info, but when asked about defensive wounds, apparently there were not many, which again makes sense if they were surprised while sleeping. The knife was big enough to kill with one well-placed stab to the chest.

It isn't weird for college age people to sleep in through the morning and wake up at noon or later. It would be very hard to notice anything while asleep, despite some people are very lite sleepers and wake up due to the slightest things. Others are deep sleepers and the place can be on fire and they will not wake up immediately.

The sister of one of the victims said it is a very large house, too. So not like they're all on top of each other.

Unless they were severely intoxicated, it is hard to believe they would not have heard something. You can't quietly stab four people.
