This is nothing new. Jesse Jackson admitted to doing this as a form of protest (!) and it was a running joke in the film Fight Club. As a society we need to celebrate the bravery of these social justice warriors.

You observed something on the pizza that wasn't supposed to be there. It sounds like you were pretty sure what it was. It isn't making a big deal to report tainted food from a restaurant, that IS a big deal. The business very well could have figured out what was going on, who did it and stopped it so no one else was victimized. Because someone else could make a VERY BIG deal for them if the wrong person received such a pizza.

Things go down for all of us when good people do nothing.

I understand, but reporting that is not being the "K" word or complainer. Those things are more like being annoying and entitled. I guess it could be considered activist. Yeah it is uncomfortable to report things, often to get ignored or dismissed anyway. Sometimes when something happens that should be reported I think about how much worse I will feel when no one takes it seriously, or even accuses me of causing problems, or possible repercussions if the person I report is a vengeful type.

Heck at least you spotted it and didn't bite into it and then notice it! I'm glad you were spared that but I imagine you can never unsee it.

Investigator: "How do you know you consumed semen?"

Victim: "I know what I tasted!"
