It is 46 out there and feels like 44 brrr
I guess I am going to have to wear socks to school today

I am so hoping the kids are not as crazy as they were last week I got about 4 hours sleep last night and tired and crazy kids are not a good mix
I may have to bring the megaphone

Big work list when I get home I am hoping our Manager gets back soon
CD is doing a great job of running the place but I know he is getting tired of working open to close and I am trying to take on the paperwork side

It is funny how sales have increased since we got rid of the other asst manager hmmmmm

Hopefully I will get to the exercise room later today

Well I better go get ready for school running late

What are you all up to today ?

Good morning. Short night....fell asleep watching the returns, woke up to discover we had elected a president.

Walked 3 miles w/10 intervals, did 25 minutes weights. Body aches a bit. Not sure why. It doesn't feel like muscles, but bones.

Going to do some housework, some sewing, maybe weeding later when it warms up a little. It's about 60 here, but I'm freezing for some reason.

Have a great day, everybody.

I think 60 IS considered freezing where you are, Pattie!

Today I did the DA pwer walk w/weights. I like that and it can def. be customized by the way you walk and the weights you use.

Thanks for the concern about mh. It is bursitis after all, according to the x rays and the nurse practitioner. She prescribed mega ibuprofen and said to put thee ever popular bag o' peas on it!

Have a good one, all.

I didn't know bursitis would "grow" on body parts. Glad to hear it wasn't something life threatening.

There are fluid-filled sacs around some joints, like the elbow and the knee. They cushion the joints. I guess this is what happens when they get inflamed, they get all bulged out of whack.

Wow Connie I hope that goes away, well at least he is not looking at any type of surgery.

Morning all, this 4 am stuff sucks. I cat napped until 5 and have been up since then. I did a denise short workout (10 minutes) this morning, now I am going to begin getting ready for work.

Hope all of you have a great day.

I think my walks may be over, the cold is getting to me worse this year than last. This morning we have a heavy frost, cold and more cold. Yuck!

Morning ladies

brrr lol I was loving my heated seats on the way to school and am glad I wore socks
We took the kids outside to cleanup the veggie beds
of course they had so much fun
We have some sweet potatoes growing and when got pulled up and the saw the sweet potatoes growing one little boy said "so thats where my food comes from gardens !!" Yup this is why we do this program

Came home got the pile of work done
called a few more references on more applications we received
I have to **shake my head*** one girl that applied worked at the original restaurant so I called the manager who is a friend of mine well it seems this girl was fired for money issues
ok hmmm lets see your applying to a restaurant when in fact you worked for another in the franchise where you were fired for money issues did you think we weren't going to check lol

Needless to say we aren't calling her for an interview

I guess the 4 hours of sleep from the night before and a busy busy day hit about 8 lol I started dozing on the couch before 9

Connie I am glad no surgery is needed
