Good morning!

Well, after having a very good food day yesterday, for what ever reason, I felt I needed to eat 2, not 1, but 2 home-made ice-cream cones with colored sprinkles at 10:00 p.m.. Needless to say, physically I feel pretty drained. Sugar will do that to you, ya know. So, back on track today http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o297/rachymc/Smileys/sweet.gif (broken link) . Well, just rolled out of bed and drinking coffee with splenda and soy. So please, everyone join in today, and if you've just been reading our journals, but would like to join in...... Jeannie

I love the title this morning, Jeannie! This is exactly how I feel!

Today I've had applesauce, water, and a few bites of oatmeal.

Well, following some fresh blueberries and watermelon for breakfast, I took my 10 year old out for football cleats and school items, then in the distance, something was calling out to both of us.....http://i209.photobucket.com/albums/bb110/rainbowmood/good%20night/wavetowelSmiley_Forum.gif (broken link)and there it was........the temptation was too great....... but I was good, just a mixed salad with chicken and reduced calorie italian. Check in later. Jeannie

Hey guys, woo what a weekend. I never want to smell another BBQ again!! *sniffs in the air.. wait, is that chicken?"

All I've had today so far is my whopping maple and brown sugar oatmeal. I do believe it's meatballs and pasta in a white cheese sauce for dinner, we'll go home and find out, hmm?

Good evening, busy day for me!

Oatmeal for breakfast (ya, just the regular one that I always have)\
Coffee and cream

Lunch was tuna salad sandwich on 9 grain bread
Fruit salad

Snack was kashi bar

Dinner was a wash out. Hubby is on vacation so I made meatloaf, mashed pots, did add broccoli to my plate and organic milk to drink.

Lots of water today and one glass of OJ.

At least most of the day was good! And I make my meatloaf with part ground sirloin and part ground turkey.
