Good Morning, Everybody !

Well, this morning, I had my Uncle Sam's Cereal, but am still hungry I'm out of bananas, so I think I'll have a few grapes.

Last night, we had baked salmon, with a little spicey honey barbeque sauce, wild rice, and, and, and,..............baked beans! I know, I know.

Today's a new day, and I'm heading out to exercise.

Delly, I need to ask. What is Uncle Sam's Cereal. The baked salmon sounds delicious and so do the beans. Beans are good for you, right?

Yeah, but my baked beans are the "honey" baked beans, with added brown sugar and catsup
