I am new home buyer and seeking a home near 423N near Frisco and Little Elm.
I came across nice affordable communities there in little elm which has Frisco ISD and was going to make a move but then heard about this new STEM academy in LEISD.
So i was just wondering, if i buy a house in Little elm (frisco ISD), can i still send my kids to STEM academy which is in Little Elm, or i have to be in the tribute little elm to have my kids go to STEM academy.
I am from the STEM background and would love my kids learning Science and Technology but i am not sure if Frisco schools also lay stress on Science and Technology.

Thanks

I am pretty sure you need to be in the same school district. You might see if they have a waiver or application process.

School district boundaries are independent of town boundaries. Unless the Little Elm STEM school accepts out of district transfers, you would not be eligible to attend since the home is zoned to Frisco ISD. Some districts accept transfers, BUT you might have to pay tuition or reapply every year. I'd call the STEM school or Little Elm ISD admin office for details.
