Yes because market solutions are always successful (see current bike share situation) .

Unlike previous city managers, this one is about using data and trying new ideas that have worked elsewhere. Dallas has an affordable housing problem. Unfortunately the status quo isn't working too well.

If there's anything the market will solve, it's affordable housing. The market will put affordable housing where it belongs: on cheap land.

Hey, from what I have read about how wonderful Seattle's and San Fran's downtown areas are, and since the Amazon execs will only have to zip through the surroundings in their Town Cars and Escalades, it'll feel just like home to them.

Seems like that isn't a problem for most of DFW suburbs. Giant house on tiny lot is an epidemic around DFW.
