Amazon will put HQ2/3/whatever here and then threaten the Seattle city council any time it tries to pass any anti-business legislation "Well we can always make HQ2 in Dallas our HQ1!"

As it should. Seattle is the new Paris/Caracas etc. vis a vis anti-business laws/rule/legislation.
