The land if unincorporated is already in some city's Extra Territorial Judicial something-or-othrr. Just look at all the city maps to figure out which city.

Right, however, no city tax is currently being applied to any homes in the neighborhood. Only school and county taxes are being levied.

This is great for everyone in the neighborhood, especially those who have million dollar homes, but I'm curious what happens when/if it is incorporated into one of the neighboring cities.

There is another unincorporated area in Frisco(Shores at Hidden Cove) which is newer and has a public improvement tax, but there is no PID or MUD tax to speak of in this neighborhood.

Actually, I just pulled up the map and there is one small sliver in Stonewater Crossing off of Will Rd. and 423 that has been proposed for annexation.
