Here in East Dallas it is snowing, with thunder and lightning. Yuck.

Roads weren't bad at all 7:30-8am. The snow was an unpleasant surprise though; on last night's forecast David Finfrock said he thought it'd miss us!

I've had enough of the snow for this winter as well. March can't get here fast enough...and when I went to bed last night they said it wouldn't snow here...SMH

How anyone could possibly like cold temperatures and frozen percipitation (outside a snow skiing area) is beyond me.

I like weather that changes. Some rain, some cold, some spring, some hot. It's when one dominates the others, that's the problem. Plus walking around without a coat when it's snowing outside makes you seem like James Bond or a Terminator. On the other hand, wearing a giant coat when it's hot outside makes you look like a real murder rather than a movie character!

Snow & ice days are also a secret perk to living in Dallas, and some snow is beautiful.

I dont mind snow when it snows like 12" and you could have fun playing in it. But when it snows 1" and melts or turns into ice it is no fun at all. I was in Florida last week and it was in the high 80's and I was loving it.
