Big, big news day today!

Glad to see the Wayne Av. project is still moving forward. That will do a lot for the OD. What's really interesting to me will be to see what happens to the warehouses to the direct east of the site, which also just happen to be situated south of Webster Station, north of South Park, and west of St. Anne's Hill (separated by Keowee). I smell prime real estate.

I just bought ( for my company ) this : Dayton Engraver

How cool. They make it here: Ohio Gravure Technologies

It looks like they just built a plant in Miamisburg. It's on the sat view, but not on the street view yet.
