You have a duck pond at your place?! That is soooo cool.
Don't be too impressed.....actually it is a spruced up retention basin for run-off water. It is actually funny when we see property here for sale listed as 'water front' and all it really is - is the mandated retention basin made a little larger.
I got my new LAPTOP today!!!
I'm still getting used to the keys being in a slightly different place than my last one.
My youngest son and I went to several places looking at various laptops this morning. I found one I really liked that was just a little over my budget at Best Buy. I ALMOST bought it, but the cheap side in me said I should check WalMart first. My son said WalMart had those cheaper brand computers....but we went anyway. They had the EXACT computer I almost bought for $79 cheaper!!!
People make fun of WalMart....but it still stands as the store that always ends up giving me the biggest bang for my buck.
So what does everyone plan to do over the weekend?
NOT camping.... We usually go for valentines but just got to much to do this weekend and the weather is going to be beautiful!!!!! Maybe we'll just party in the yard.

I've been hung up on those little chocolate donuts from 7-11. I keep a bag in my closet. I have GOT to STOP!
