I've only been to Disney World/Epcot once. It was in '82 or '83. I loved it. My favorite part was Epcot. Those pavillions were amazing.

I know it has changed a lot since then and I do plan to go again in the future.

I woke up to a Charlie Sheen interview this morning. Would someone tell me why anyone actually cares what that creature has to say.
Hi,

Just found this thread, Hello

Love Walt Disney World/Epcot!

Charlie Sheen...wonder where all the cards are going to end up when they all fall down?

Welcome, Midnight Train.

Charlie is probably going to OD to morbid before the end of 2011.

Did you know that Midnight Train to Georgia was originally titled
Midnight Train to Houston?

Welcome Midnight Train! We are always happy to get new posters in the Freebie Chats. We don't post as much as some of the other chats....but what we have to say is always so very important.
(Ok...not so much.....but we do have fun!)

Ketabcha....that new Red Star sure looks good on you! I was watching your Star count and then wasn't online when you hit it. I'm so glad Pam got your party started!!!!

I still can't believe all the cool stuff I got from the dumpster where I live yesterday. I thought they had left all that stuff behind due to the Uhaul being full or something....truth is....they were evicted and it was items they didn't have time to take out of their place. How sad is that? If I knew how to reach them, I would give them all their things back!!!! well...maybe I would keep the cool almost new computer chair that swivels around.

The economy is sad. So many families are suffering. I wish I had the power to fix the world.

It wasn't actually INSIDE the dumpster. It was sort of piled up on the side of our big trash compactor area. It looks like a building....but it is a big dumpster inside. When you put in your trash and push the button, it compacts it before it slides into the dumpster.

After I posted yesterday, I went back because there was more stuff there. Then I stopped one more time on my way to work to get a bag of nice towesl for my daughter.

The property here should really donate left over items like this to a charity. Not just throw away perfectly good household goods. What a waste!

GloryB I have gone dumpster diving but not for good things. A few years ago at our family Christmas party we were getting ready to leave and I realized that my glasses must have gotten thrown away. This was the same year at the party my antique necklace my aunt had given me for my wedding was missing (she had received it as an engagement gift). We did find it. Well for my dumpster diving adventure in search of my glasses I had on a dress and high heels. Not a pretty sight when you are gagging in a dumpster but they had gotten rolled up in the dirty tablecloths and we had to go through about 12 tables worth of them before we found them..I never saw a bunch of people pull out of a parking lot so fast trying not to make eye contact with me...LOL My godchild stopped and jumped in there with me.
Maybe we should start a Club!!!

I didn't figure you were inside the dumpster silly girl. I agree about the donation the stuff instead of just throwing it away.

I wish there was someplace close to me. we have been known to take stuff that's been left next to the dumpster at the state parks. Hubby almost died the first time, now he's the one that notices.
