It's a typical tourist spot. You will see a lot of people there from out of state, most of them are rude and fairly weathy. They will expect you to jump hoops for them, and they drive like idiots. Speaking of driving, depending on where you are staying down there, expect your commute anywhere near there to be all of 1 hour or more. No room for anyone to go. Locals know better than to go out anywhere on the weekend, and when they do, they take the back roads. Also, it is known for it's open gay/les presence, which I think is preetty cool, but I don't know how you feel about it. Nice for family vacations. I remember going there as a child. There is a "ghetto" area though, but I can't remember where that is off the top of my head (don't frequent the area). Oh and don't speed. The cops only have 3 months a year to make all of their revenue so you bet they are out in full force.

Man now I'm craving funnel cake and boardwalk fries.

Have a nice summer!

Default Relocation to Delaware

Hey all-
I'm currently living in southwestern NY state(STATE, not NYC), and looking to relocate to Delaware with my small family down the road and start a new age business there. Would prefer to live as close to the sea as is affordable, money is a concern. Any info on local living, business/economic climate, schools, etc. would be appreciated. Thanks!
