This is the first time I've ever been landlocked in my life. Living in DC, I was 5 minutes from the wharf. In Seattle, I was 15 minutes from Pike Place Market.

My wife and I are DYING to steam some fresh Alaskan Crab Legs. I know were a long way from the water, but in a big city life Denver, I know there's gotta be a good seafood market around here where we can get some crab legs.

We live in Parker but are willing to drive ANYWHERE. Does anybody know where we could get some crab legs to take home and cook ourselves? I've google searched and called several places and they didn't have any.

Just go to Costco on the weekends when they have their "Road Show". They have lobster and king crab legs. We get them often. So good.

I agree. We've had great luck with the ones at Costco. Delicious.

Forgot all the overpriced and fancy fish markets. You want more variety and reasonable prices then seek out the Asian Markets. They would be the ones more likely to carry fresh Alaskan King Crab. The markets can be found along South Federal, just South of Alameda in our Asian area of Denver with predominate Laotian, Vietnamese Markets. Asians love seafood and have the sourcing for these products and tend to have many products not often seen in other stores.

There is also a Japanese Market downtown in Sakura Square which is our Japanese community. Pacific Mercantile Asian Food, Japanese Food, Japanese Gifts

There is also a significant presence of Asian Markets in Aurora near and around South Parker, especially Korean. The largest being hmart Hmart.com: Online Shopping for Asian Grocery, Korean Kimchi, Rice Cookers, Appliances & more at everyday low prices.

There is a big Asian Market in Broomfield called Pacific Ocean Market that has extensive products. It is located at 6600 West 120th.

I would suggest taking a ride and seek out these areas, you will be pleasantly surprised. I do not bother with those fancy fluff markets like whole foods and Costco. They are nice but from experience I know that good food products are found in authentic ethnic areas and not necessarily the newest, sparkling stores. For bargains, you should look where the poorer or recent immigrants shop, that is where the best products are located.
