Went to The Perfect Landing last night, the restaurant in Centennial Airport. It was pretty cool. You're right on the runway so you can see all the rich douchebags get off their private jets LOL

Food was really good. Calamari was yummy, my beef wellington was cooked perfectly, and my wife's lobster and shrimp pasta was dee-lish.

I'd recommend.

That's one of our favorites. Good food, nice ambiance, good service. We were just there a few weeks ago, it's where my 12 year old picked to celebrate his birthday.

So good! Love. They're opening a new drive-thru location in Aurora (I think) off Parker and .... I can't remember exactly where. Google them. And enjoy!

Had some friends in town and took them to Acorn in The Source building. Shared plates. Easily one of the best restaurants in Denver.

Went to Alamo Drafthouse in Littleton last night to see Suicide Squad (and coming soon to Sloan's Lake, if it's not already open). It's right on Santa Fe, about a mile north of C-470.

I cannot stress enough how great this place is. My wife and I are movie fiends. We go to the movies about 3 times a month. And since June 2013, the Alamo draft house is the only place we've been. If it's sold out, we'll just wait instead of seeing it elsewhere. Only twice since summer 2013 have we seen a movie somewhere other than Alamo, and it was because we met friends across town.

The food is delicious. They have special menu items for every movie. For Star Trek a few weeks ago, I had "The Captain's Dog" (LOL). A sloppy ass chili cheese hot dog. Yum. I love their hot wings, fried pickles, and meat pizza. Wife loves their loaded fries. And we always share their beef queso, which is some of the best I've had in Denver. And their Peanutbutter Chocolate milkshake....fuh-get about it! And Alamo is always teaming up with local breweries so there's a ton of good beer.

The atmosphere in there is great. Nobody under 18 allowed after 6:00 PM. assigned seating. full bar. Brewery. Comicon events. Book signings and movie meet-up clubs. They show old movies all the time too. They have cartoon movie sing-a-long for kids. They have costume parties.

But my favorite part of Alamo is the pre-show screeners. You're to arrive 30 minutes early to find your seat and order. During those 30 minutes, they show shorts of whatever theme of movie you're watching. For instance, we went to see Star Trek a few weeks ago, they showed all the old commercials from the 70s and 80s that the actors did. They showed super weird knock off Star Trek videos from Taiwan and Malaysia. Funny action figure commercials and toy commercials from the 70s and 80s. The theme of each movie determines the kinds of shorts they play. They shorts usually have everybody in the entire theater laughing.

There's also a full bar and restaurant inside if you just wanna eat without seeing a movie.

Since discovering it, we have probably been to the Alamo Drafthouse Littleton 100 times (seriously). It's the best movie theater I've ever been to in my life. We simply won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Glad you got to go to this place. I live just down the road in Highlands Ranch and this is my wife's and my favorite date spot. We saw Star Wars the second night after it opened in December and they had some great videos of all the old Star Wars 70s stuff prior to the movie. We typically eat at Ted's Montana Grill before we hit the theater but we still hit up the beer and desserts during the movie. On top of it is not that expensive.
