Rocky Bottom Brewery in Lone Tree.

It was good. Not great, but good. The calamari appetizer was really greasy, wife and I couldn't finish it. My ribs were pretty damn good, and so was the wife's club sandwich. the brownie sundae was okay, but I wouldn't get it again. But I did have several of their beers, and they were all delicious.

I am not a fan of their beers. They do have a nice little patio though.

Uber Eats in LoHi.

Hatch green chile pork sausage sandwich with a side of fried brussel sprouts.

Excellent, 4/5

Post Brewery in Lafayette - newest Big Red F (Dave Query) creation. The fried chicken was good.

I'm not a beer drinker, yeah, go ahead and laugh at me, so no opinion on the brews. My glass of wine was wine.

The place is lively, crowded, and energetic. We enjoyed it, and I'm thrilled it's in Lafayette, but can't decide if it's worth all the accolades it's getting.

Crepes and crepes in Cherry Creek. Service was great (Thanks, Rob!), and the food was delicious as always.

I tried Vesta Dipping Grill this week because I had to attend a dinner for work-related purposes. I always assumed it was a fondue place, but I was wrong; I had the steak and it, along with the sauces and mashed potatoes, was AMAZING.

Arvada Tavern in Old Town. Was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of their "upscale comfort food". Prohibition age / Speakeasy atmosphere - even the waitstaff dress like it. You go thru an old phone booth to go upstairs!
We'll definitely return.

Brick House Tavern in Parker - Anybody familiar with the Parker area, this building used to be Joe's Crab Shack. We tried it out since it got pretty decent reviews online. Yummy! We tried their duck wings appetizer which was great, their ribs were tender and flavorful, and my wife's Greek Lamb Burger was amazing! We will definitely eat there again.

Earl's in Lone Tree - We had been to this place a few years ago and we weren't too impressed. However, about a year or so ago(?), the place was closed for months as it was renovated and taken over by new management. We ate there Saturday night. The calamari was really tasty (we judge restaurants based on their calamari LOL), my steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were soooo good. My wife's curry chicken dish was delicious. And umm....I'm a married man and all, but I couldn't help but notice that most of the waitresses in the place were very attractive and wearing really short skirts.

Virgilio's Pizza (Littleton) - Excellent! The atmosphere is a little loud inside on a Sunday evening but the pizza was fantastic. The best I've had in Colorado (followed closely by the next one) so far. Perfect crust, sauce that a little sweet but not TOO sweet. Very good service. Really enjoyed it.

Patxi's Pizza (Englewood on University) - Also very good. Cool, industrial chic decor. Again, very nice wait staff. The pizza was excellent. A little more of a corn based crust but good consistency (not too bready or burned). Again a sweeter sauce but not too sweet. Only downside about this location at least was they keep it coooold in there. Wear a sweater or a light jacket if you're going to eat inside (and there isn't a lot of outdoor seating).

Los Dos Potrillos (Littleton) - This place was almost right next to Virgilio's. I had heard good things about it so wanted to give it a try. I was not overly impressed with anything, to be honest (maybe because I just moved here from Phoenix where there is a preponderance of really good Mexican). My burrito was pretty "blah". Service and ambience were not great. And what's with so many restaurants here in Denver keeping their restaurants at arctic level temps? I"ll give it another shot sometime but I actually like Hacienda better.

Elway's (Cherry Creek) - I think it was about what you'd expect from a more upscale place in Cherry Creek - country club ambience (at least in the lounge area where we sat) and pricey. The food WAS good, however. I had a delicious braised and marinated pork chop (one of the best I've had), the live music act was good, and service was attentive. The drink list was extensive (I did have a few!). Side note - there was a fun group of Swedes sitting at the bar that came by and starting talking to us. One of the highlights of our night!

Agreed!! Incredibly uncomfortable and wasteful. I keep a blanket in the car just for this reason.

We revisited our neighborhood Thai Pot on south Colorado Blvd. First time since they moved to their new location in the new shopping center. Hubby had an amazing curry. I had a spicy soup. Great service. Very fresh food and reasonable prices.
