Another good one is Santiago's, available mild, medium, or hot. It's available at all of their locations, and frozen at some area grocers. Covid has affected availability. From their website:

Hatch Green Chili is supposed to be from Hatch, NM. But REAL Coloradans prefer Pueblo Green Chili (from Colorado).

mexico is a large country with lots of excellent food.
be aware:
just because the label says Colorado Pueblo it still might be just off the boat from vietNam.
if your not or can't be knowledgable, just enjoy what you got. buy it online be happy.
