YOU LOOK AWESOME MAN!!! Totally like a different person!!! I guess I should update my pics too...I was 350, now at 238. I still have a long ways to go before I hit 190. I'm 5'10". I had surgery last month to remove fibroids and haven't exercised in more than 6 weeks but I managed to maintain and keep weight off me. Plan to get back in the gym at the end of next month.

Thanks so much everyone! My coworkers want me to stop losing....lol, at this point I am still considered obese so I have to lose more to keep my doctor happy!!!! If he isn't happy.....well..nobody is happy!!! I hope to get back to my salsa dancing and kickboxing soon. Will start weight lifting later...don't want to do it now since surgery did involve my abdominal area!! OUCH!!!!
