Today I've eaten like garbage so far...but I'm in a foul mood too so it's one of those "I could give a crap" days.

Breakfast:
Coffee with LF H&H and skim milk
Raisin bran with skim milk (soooo not good for me but whatever)

Snack:
Apricot and almond Kind Bar

Lunch:
I have no idea...probably salad since I don't have to do any prep for that, it's already made.

Dinner:
Family is having pasta with meat sauce.
I think I'll have pasta with chopped tomatoes, garlic, basil and red pepper flake.
WINE...I think I need at least 2 glasses tonight

Breakfast: peanut butter on whole wheat toast.

Lunch: egg beater omelet.

Snack: green tea and a thin mint cookie.

Dinner: had jambalaya last night instead of tilapia. Tonight we're having tilapia and maybe some steamed shrimp, rice, sauteed chickpeas and spinach, salad.

This past weekend was one of the busiest weekends we've ever had and I'm SO GLAD it's over. Everything was "on the run". Breakfast was always in the car and dinner was out on both Sat and Sun.

Today I plan on..

Breakfast:
Quinoa with apples and cinnamon (I actually have this lefover from Sat...one of the few times I ate a reasonable meal)
Coffee

Lunch:
Salad with chopped veggies and a few beans thrown in for protein.

Dinner:
Grilled fish (not sure what kind yet, it's shopping day)
Asparagus
Brown rice
Side salad
