I find that eating only when I'm actually hungry works the best. If that means I don't eat breakfast or any other traditional meal, so be it. It's rare that I'm hungry upon waking, and if I'm still not hungry by the time I'm done getting ready for the day, I'll just eat later.
Breakfast is a term for eating the first meal of the day. Eating later in the morning is fine, if you feel better that way. I do not usually eat until about 9 or 10AM, because I have the luxury of flexibility. If you leave for work at 7 am and do not choose to eat that early, I see nothing wrong with it.
I would, however, have a plan for eating whenever my body was hungry. A high fiber bar, or a yogurt, or hard boiled egg, that you carry with you to eat when you get hungry is a healthy alternative.
I'm a low carb eater, so I would have a high protein food on hand to eat when I got hungry. I does not take much protein to stick with you until the next meal. A hard boiled egg, or 2 oz of cheese, or a hunk of leftover meat from the night before....you get it.
People usually things by skipping breakfast early morning to lose weight. But recent studies says that this is not true. That individual is starved at the time of lunch. In my opinion, with doing some exercise one may take some medications for his/her obesity. This will help them a lot.
