Besides the waste of the "city's finest" time there is something else about this story that seems ironic to me. As a kid we had a psychotic neighbor who hit me in the face with his fist, threatened my Mom w a golf club and garbage can lid on 2 seperate occassions and tried to run my little 10 yr old brother over w his car...the detectives said they couldn't do anything until blood was drawn. Yeesh dog poop seems a petty crime to me.

People like her must make cops wonder why they even bother.
