No, I really don't know the answers on this one. As you can see, I couldn't resist a little jabbing at the Democrat's situation here.
And you are right, you and I and millions of other Americans probably see us heading in either a good direction or a bad direction concerning the current Administration.
Concerning Alvin Greene, it seems like Democrats were not on their best game. Or at least that's what some Democrats are now confessing.
It will be interesting to see how it gets explained away.
There's no explaination for throwing your vote at a candidate that you don't at least know what he looks like. Its almost like that movie Eddie Murphy played in about 18 years ago "the Distinguish Gentleman". So if your looking for an excuse from this Democrat, you'll be waiting for a long time.
"South Carolina Democratic Party Chairwoman Carol Fowler speculated that Greene won because his name appeared first on the ballot, and voters unfamiliar with both candidates chose alphabetically."
Update: Via the AP, Greene is facing a felony charge for allegedly showing obscene photos to a University of South Carolina student. The mother of Greene's accuser has launched a crusade against him, vowing to become the candidate's "worst nightmare."
Update: Greene was also kicked out of the Army and the Air Force.
As a black person, I am glad to see another black canidate but he wasn't the right one. I just shook my head as I read his bio. The dems messed up on this one. I know Jim DeMint is a happy camper after this...even tho SC is mostly republican anyway.
WTF...I guess you've tuned out the calls by Democrats for this man to step down? I guess you've missed the calls for this man to be evaluated for mental problems. Maybe you should venture away from Youtube and Fox news a bit and stop with the talking points. By the way, both Parties have and will vote for a candidate straight down pary lines. The displeasure with the incumbants are thick. Get over it, this is not the typical political season.
He won fair and square. Blame the clueless democrat voters.
No one had any idea who this guy was, white or black.
Would you like to read a different take on it? I just read this today.
"A polling information center has concluded the surprise primary victory for Alvin Greene was not a GOP plot, but a completely random outcome based on an election in which both candidates were unknown."
